One platform. An entire provincial government.

Canadian provincial government — shared multi-organization, multi-tenant platform

01 — The challenge

A Canadian provincial government needed to establish a shared API management platform — secure, multi-tenant and scalable — for all its ministries and organizations, both as API producers and consumers. The solution had to fit within the government's digital foundation while providing a structured, repeatable onboarding experience.

02 — What SIA delivered

SIA acted as architect, platform expert and strategic partner for the client. The deployed solution is multi-tenant, multi-zone and multi-region — with a central control plane and distributed execution environments at each client organization. SIA contributed to configuration, security (SSO/OIDC), the managed service model, client team training and onboarding of the first users. A SIA team member is part of the service offering leadership.
