They found it costly to send monthly statements to customers. Responding to customer inquiries was a slow and costly process. Monthly statements were being printed and mailed to customers. Filed statements had to be retrieved manually in order to respond to customer inquiries.

We helped the customer deploy a statement presentment solution. Invoices were printed electronically and faxed or emailed to customers, then archived for simplified retrieval. Statements were also made available to customers through a secure self-service portal.
